French 1920s King Size Wooden Bed Frame White

1920s French wooden bed, art deco period. With original white paint with gold floral decoration. A very pretty roll top bed with scroll ends.

This bed frame will take a standard UK king size mattress, 150cm x 200cm.

• There are two gold decorative flowers missing from the lower row on the headboard.
• The paint is crackling throughout most of the bed. There are areas where the paint has been removed, chipped etc. particuarly on the top of the footboard as shown in the photos.
• The bed has been throughly cleaned, there are some areas where dust remains engrained.
• The bed fits together well, and is sturdy.
• The slatted base fits flush to the sides of the bed enabling a king size mattress to sit comfortably within the bed frame.
• A new, adjustable king size slatted bed bed base is included in the price.
