Bed bases are sent with Parceforce*

We will contact you to confirm delivery details before your order can be sent.

• We will send tracking for your delivery Track your Parcelforce parcel here.
• Parcelforce provide a doorstep delivery.
• If you are not at home, a card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery with the couriers.
• Deliveries require a signature.
• Deliveries can be sent to friends or neighbours addresses who can accept a delivery in your name.

Neither the couriers nor The French Bed Company are liable for any late deliveries.

• Delivery days cannot be guaranteed.
• Neither the couriers nor The French Bed Company are liable for time taken off work to wait in for deliveries.
• Delivery times cannot be given / couriers cannot call in advance of delivery.
• Deliveries cannot be left in a safe place without a signature.

Parcelforce will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

• The telephone number and opening hours of local depots can be found on the depot locator.
• Unclaimed parcels are eventually returned to us. Returned items may be subject to an administration fee.

You are welcome to arrange your own courier.

You are welcome to collect by appointment.

Surcharges & Exclusions

* Small double fixed width slatted bed bases (120cm x 190cm) are collection only or email with your postcode for a delivery quotation.

Some remote parts of the UK may incur a surcharge and have a longer delivery time; we will contact you if your postcode is affected.

Delivery surcharges are non-refundable if an item is returned.
